About Andrew Wilmot
My Background
Born in raised in Los Angeles, California, I have been passionate about music from a young age. I started playing guitar when I was 8 years old, and singing when I was 10. I have been playing in bands since I was a teenager, and have performed extensively around the Los Angeles area ever since. I also have a passion for music production, and have spent a considerable amount of time in the recording studio both as an artist, and as a producer. In addition, I have been writing songs from the time I was very young as well, and have extensive experience in writing and performing in multiple different genres.
My Education
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music in 2023, with a Bachelor's degree in Songwriting and Producing Music. At Berklee, I completed extensive course work in both songwriting and music production, as well as various courses in music theory, arranging, and composition. I also attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood California, where I studied Vocal Performance, and perfected my ability to perform a variety of styles of music.
